What
is Shamanism?
shamanism is the oldest tradition in our human heritage, and it helped our ancestors learn what medicine plants to use, where to hunt, how to help clanmates heal, and how to work in harmony with the life-giving spirits of nature. shamans enter a trance state, and travel in non-ordinary reality to bring back information and healing for the tribe. both shamanism and reiki move through the 'hollow bone' of the practitioner to bring healing into the world. today, shamanism is undergoing a renaissance. everyone can learn to journey - I encourage you to come to a shaman circle, or experience shamanic treatment for yourself. to learn some of the basics, please read a shamanic intro here. |

What
to Expect at a Shamanic Ceremony we'll chat over a cup of tea to learn what you're working with, and decide together what tools make the most sense to attain your goal. usually, we'll use inkan illumination to literally remove the energy around a particular issue - illness, fear, abandonment, patterns, etc - and take your emotional charge around an issue from a 10 to a 0. this work is permanent - what gets released is truly released, and frees you up to dive deeper into your healing and joy. woot! I'll call in the sacred directions for you, singing and rattling and invoking safe space. we'll work with inkan illumination, soul retrieval, power retrieval, divination, extraction, sacred stones or reiki to get you back on track. I don't practice 'precious' ceremony - we laugh, we talk, we cry, we do intense, potent work in a sacred way...with room for having fun. I see miracles with this technology all the time - it's why I've devoted my life to shamanic practice. I love this work! |
